Travel World China’s Case Study on Organizing Chinese Buyers Delegates for the Experience Africa Show 2023 in London

Travel World China (TWC) is a specialist in marketing and communication to the Chinese outbound travel market. This case study showcases TWC’s expertise in facilitating connections between Chinese buyers and overseas travel suppliers. In June 2023, TWC was commissioned by the African Travel and Tourism Association (ATTA) to invite 10 Chinese outbound travel trade professionals specializing in selling African tourism products in China to London for the Experience Africa Show held at the Chelsea Football Club. TWC’s team effectively conveyed the message to the Chinese market, resulting in the careful selection of 10 high-quality buyers. TWC’s liaison work throughout the process ensured a successful event that facilitated valuable post-pandemic connection rebuilding and left a positive impression on ATTA.

ATTA approached TWC to leverage their expertise in marketing and communication to the Chinese outbound travel market. ATTA’s objective was to invite Chinese buyers who specialize in selling African tourism products to London and connect them with African travel suppliers at the Experience Africa Show.
